2.4 rjb77 employs age-verification procedures in compliance with responsible gaming standards. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration will have their Account closed and all funds returned subject to verification of the payment source.
2.5 By completing registration on the rjb77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rjb77 Account login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. rjb77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 You must notify rjb77 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised use of your Account. rjb77 will investigate all reported incidents and may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
3.3 rjb77 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any legitimate balance held in the Account is returned to the Member in accordance with these Terms.
3.4 Accounts that have been inactive (no deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. rjb77 will attempt to notify the registered Member by email prior to applying any dormancy maintenance fees as permitted under these Terms.
4.1 rjb77 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, GrabPay, USDT (TRC20), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the rjb77 cashier section at the time of transaction.
4.3 All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any currency conversion charges incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit to your rjb77 Account ("same-source withdrawal principle") unless rjb77 approves an alternative method in writing following identity verification.
4.5 rjb77 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence, including requesting proof of identity, address, and source of funds, prior to approving any withdrawal request. Delays arising from incomplete documentation are not the responsibility of rjb77.
4.6 Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is processed. Attempting to withdraw funds in circumvention of applicable wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.
5.1 rjb77 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is governed by individual terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of ten times (10×) the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
5.3 Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and will only be transferred to the withdrawable balance upon full satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
5.4 rjb77 reserves the right to void any bonus or associated winnings and to suspend or close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, providing false information, using prohibited software, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotions.
5.5 Bonuses credited to a Member's Account expire if not utilised within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the Account balance without compensation.
6.1 All bets placed on the rjb77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within each section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
6.2 All bets are final once confirmed. rjb77 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed, except where rjb77 exercises its right to void a bet under these Terms.
6.3 rjb77 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where: (a) the bet was placed on an event or market that has been suspended; (b) there has been a manifest error in the odds or event information; (c) rjb77 has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation or corruption; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
6.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting markets and are displayed within the betting interface. rjb77 may at its discretion limit the maximum payout per bet, per event, or per Member without prior notice.
6.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of rjb77's trading team (informed by official data providers and event governing bodies) shall be final and binding.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rjb77 Platform. rjb77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in any of the following:
8.1 All content on the rjb77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of rjb77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) use any Platform content for commercial purposes; or (c) remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from Platform content.
8.3 The rjb77 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of rjb77. Unauthorised use of any rjb77 trademark is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rjb77 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
9.2 rjb77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 rjb77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated via the Platform where practicable.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rjb77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. During an active self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new Account or use another person's Account to access the Platform.
10.3 rjb77 will use reasonable measures to enforce exclusion restrictions, but cannot guarantee that access via third-party devices, shared networks, or undisclosed personal details will be prevented. It is your responsibility to refrain from attempting to circumvent exclusion arrangements.

11.1 You may close your rjb77 Account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to the settlement of any pending bets and fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following identity verification.
11.2 rjb77 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to pass identity or age verification; (c) reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity; (d) receipt of a self-exclusion request; or (e) as required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
11.3 In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, rjb77 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the Account, including deposited funds, where permitted by applicable law and where such action is proportionate to the severity of the breach.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rjb77 holds its operating licence.
12.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through rjb77's internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body recognised by the relevant gaming authority.
12.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia.
13.1 rjb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, rjb77 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
13.2 Your continued use of the rjb77 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.1.
13.3 The version of these Terms in force at the time a bet is placed or a game round is initiated shall govern that transaction.
